CONDITIONS

If you want to exchange an item you have purchased, you can of course send it back to us, but we must have received it within 14 days.

All jewelery is made to order and does not fall under the Right of Cancellation Act in the same way as ready-made products. If you still feel that the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, you can always get in touch so that we can find a solution!

The following items cannot be exchanged:

- Customized or personalized orders. Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If they arrive damaged or defective, there will be no shipping costs for the buyer.

- goods on sale

- for hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend that you send with tracking. If the package does not arrive, the amount will not be refunded. If the item is to be exchanged, an email must be sent to eline@elinebang.no to have the exchange approved.

RETURN OF PURCHASES VIA KLARNA

For orders with Klarna as payment method, you must log in to your Klarna account and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until your return has been processed. For refunds, Klarna handles refunds.

Strongly recommend avoiding lotion, hairspray and other cosmetics from coming into contact with your jewelry. Do not wear your jewelry while sleeping and playing sports. Remember to avoid exposing your jewelery to water, salt, chlorine and other chemicals. Store your jewelery in a dry room (jewellery box), never in the bathroom. But be aware that the plating wears off over time. This is normal and not a reason for a claim.

- XS: teenager or very thin female wrist (approx. 14 cm)
- S: thin female wrist (approx. 15 cm)
- M : normal size (approx. 16 cm)
- L : normal + size (approx. 17 cm)
- XL: large female or male wrist (approx. 18 cm)
- XXL: large + female wrist or male (approx. 19 cm)
