Shipping and returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Current dispatch time is 5-7 working days after the order has been placed, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Some of the items are handmade to order, so please allow some time.

The package is sent with tracking. Price NOK 39 Bring sends out information about the shipment when it is on its way to your mailbox.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

If you want to exchange an item you have purchased, you can of course send it back to us, but we must have received it within 14 days.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Customized or personalized orders. Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. If they arrive damaged or defective, there will be no shipping costs for the buyer.

- goods on sale

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of NOK 59. You will be sent the return label by Bring when you make a purchase. Print out and attach to the package. Register the return by email to elineba@icloud.com. You can find the right of withdrawal form at the bottom of your order or at the bottom of the website.

If you want to exchange an item, it is fastest if you create a return and buy a new item in the online store.

RETURN OF PURCHASES VIA KLARNA

For orders with Klarna as payment method, you must log in to your Klarna account and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until your return has been processed. For refunds, Klarna handles refunds.

COMPLAINT

If you have received an item that is damaged, or the item has been damaged during use, and you believe it is a complaint, please send us an email about this to elineba@icloud.com. In the email, we want you to document the damage with pictures, so that we can easily see whether this is a valid complaint or not.
